The staff could have been a bit more friendly. The failure of the coffee machine in the breakfast room was managed only after half a day in some form, in which replacement was brought in. The information policy was not good

Close to the beach, great view. Breakfast was ok, fresh fruit !

The house parrot was locked up in a cage the whole time. Apparently he could get out, but this did not happen for three days! Very sad!. Disposable tableware at breakfast.

Excellent location within a 10-15 minute walking distance from Times Square. Really nice stay in a very relaxing area. Impressive and large units with a view. Great free breakfast. Warm breakfast included. Knowledgeable personnel.
